Jesse Cannone, fitness trainer and Editor of the popular site LoseTheBackPain.com wrote a blog post exposing fast food companies supposedly "healthy meals".

He points out that while many Americans are trying to eat healthier these days, sometimes you need to grab a bite to eat, and you need to do it quick.

According to Cannone, "Most fast-food chains have jumped on the healthy eating bandwagon and now offer "healthy” alternatives to the typical burgers and fries."

Cannone continues, "But as it turns out, using “fast food” and “healthy” in the same sentence may really be an oxymoron, as even the “good” options at most fast food chains are veritable nutritional disasters."
